In DT this term, our brief was to design and make a Christmas themed light box, for families enjoy to years to come.

We worked really hard on exploring how light travels through translucent and opaque materials, then we designed and made our light boxes. We made a frame by measuring, sawing and joining our wood with a glue gun. We made a screen by layering different materials onto our translucent base, and we used hole punches to create coloured windows. 

We are really pleased with how they came out!
